VANTANO

Features

Everything between your media library and your screens.

Vantano covers the whole loop: build the presentation, choose the screens, set the hours, then read back what actually played.

Content and presentations

Slides are the unit of work. A presentation is an ordered set of them.

Slides

Create a slide from an image or a video and set how long it stays on screen.

Presentations

Order your slides, set durations and transitions, and push the presentation to as many devices as you want.

Reuse

The same slide can sit in several presentations at once. Update it in one place.

Fast media upload

Upload images and video straight from your computer, in one pass.

Format handling

Vantano converts your media to the format each display supports best, so one upload covers screens of different types.

A mall video wall of four synced panels shows one high-contrast concert campaign as a single seamless image.
One campaign, built once — sent to every screen, even a multi-panel video wall driven as one surface.
A tablet mounted on a hair-salon mirror pillar plays a bright dance-school advert; salon stations blurred behind.
A tablet on a mirror post runs the loop the operator assigned to it.

Devices and screens

A Vantano device is a screen with a player behind it. There are two kinds of player.

Raspberry Pi player

A small box that plugs into any TV or monitor. It runs the Vantano client, pulls content down and plays it.

Android tablet

Mount a tablet where a TV will not fit — on a mirror post, a counter or a pillar. It runs the same client.

Any screen size

The player drives whatever display you connect, from a tablet to a large-format panel.

Groups

Group devices by venue, city or campaign, then publish to the whole group in one action.

TV walls

Configure several screens as one wall and drive it from the same account.

Manage it from anywhere

The management side is a website. Use Windows, macOS or Linux, and a standard browser.

Scheduling and control

Decide what plays, where, and at what hours — once, for every screen.

Schedule once, play everywhere

Set a presentation across a group of screens instead of touching each one.

Operating hours

Give each screen its on and off times so it is not running to an empty room.

Automatic distribution

Publish a change and every selected device picks it up on its next check-in. Up to 10,000 displays from one account.

Remote updates

Swap a campaign from your desk. No site visit, no printing.

Target-specific content

Send different content to different locations from the same library.

Monitoring and reporting

The screens report back, so you know what is running without going to look.

Device health

Watch disk, battery and network on every device.

Alarms

Set alarms for the events you want to be told about.

Performance reports

Pull reports on device performance and on each piece of content shown.

Online monitoring

Check the state of your network of screens from the browser, wherever you are.

Setup

Setup in three steps.
